Dividend policy

Suzuken Group's fundamental policy is to increase dividends in a phased manner toward a targeted dividend payout ratio of 30% in line with the Group's continued performance growth.
At the same time, in order to be competitive and to achieve stable growth amid harsh industry circumstances, it is also important to focus the allocation of internally generated cash on business expansion and reinforcing the operating base.
