Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility

Suzuken has inherited the spirit of its foundation of working for the world and for people, and has aimed at becoming a company that can contribute to society as a public organ of society under its management principles.
Changes in the environment surrounding the company- such as the change in the sense of values demanded of companies because of the frequency of scandals, the development of globalization, and changes in the global environment- have increased the weight of the social responsibility that companies need to fulfill, while high quality is demanded of these efforts. Suzuken would like to contribute to the development of society in general as a company responsible to society by holding up its CSR vision of "becoming a company revered by society" and strengthening its efforts in this regard.

The Realization of Thoroughgoing Quality Control With Traceability The Introduction of a Unique Distribution System

Because pharmaceuticals are life-related products, high levels of safety are demanded in their distribution.
At Suzuken, we have introduced a unique distribution system that enables traceability for the first time in the pharmaceutical distribution industry through thoroughgoing quality control.
The main characteristics of this system are that they clarify the distribution routes of all pharmaceuticals and conduct even stricter quality control than required by established laws and regulations.
After receiving shipments from pharmaceutical manufacturers, batch numbers and expiration dates are managed uniformly.
By doing so, even if by some chance a quality problem does occur with a certain pharmaceutical product and recall is necessary, we will be able to respond immediately.
